I am one of the only cockerpoo breeders that only breed from OPTIGEN eye tested parents. This DNA test tell you if the dog carries the gene for PRA, a nasty form of blindness that will blind your pup at an early age.average 4 years. Poodles and cockers can both carry PRA so breeding these dogs together without testing is wrong. I breed American cockerpoos as i prefer the nature and look of the American Cocker over the English Cocker. I also breed miniature and medium f1b labradoodles. My labradoodles have been hip and eye tested,Optigen and BVA clear eye test and of course wonderfull temperements. I am always happy to help anyone who wants help and advice on either of these breeds.
