Hi my name is Penny Stephens and I am the very proud owner of Keweras Golden Retrievers. I currently have 16 beautiful dogs including 3 rescues who are permanent residents. I have 2 amazing stud boys Monty and Chaz, and I have Torr who is up and coming as my new stud. He is currently 5 months old. All my dogs are K.C. registered and have all the appropriate health screening and are up to date with all their vaccinations. I am Kennel Club Accredited and was featured in the Accredited Breeder section of the Crufts show guide for 2008. I am also fully licensed by my local authority. My dogs are all kept in and around my home as I see them as being my family and couldnt bear to think of them living in kennels. My breeding is done extremely carefully with health and temperament being my top priority. I am a small hobby breeder. My dogs are family pets who are occasionally shown and attend the local obedience club. I have 3 dogs that hold the Kennel Club Gold Award 2 with Silver working towards Gold and another 1 working towards her Silver. My priorities are to occasionally produce quality healthy puppies with temperament being my main priority as most puppies go to homes with families.
My daughter and I currently have 7 dogs between us having had our first 3rd generation of home bred linesremain in the Spring of 2010.
Litters are planned for 2 of the girls in the early Summer and our stud dog has had several enquiries - just waiting for bitches to come into season.

NEWS Our Jade Mitcharron Memphis Jade with Cesarka will hopefully be having her second litter this year
We are a small kennel situated in lovely North Wales. All our dogs are first and foremost family pets who live in the house with us.
They have been hip scored and eye tested. Our hobby is to show our dogs and they all enjoy their time in the show ring.
